Just wanted to take a moment to share that Sunknowledge Team completed 23 SO’s yesterday! All that revenue we needed so badly to help improve our numbers for the month of August and, amazingly, it was about three days worth of work that he completed all in one day. This is really something!

You guys have hit your target (24-48 hours) on posting. Amazing turnaround! Electronic posting and manual deposit posting are within 24hours. Thanks again for implementing and sticking with the change that produced this result. This will improve overall timely follow up tremendously. In addition, it flushes the secondary and tertiary billing through the system timely. Keep it up!

Everyone is doing an awesome job! Patient details are being entered correctly. Making it smoothly when the patients are coming into the office. Means less wait time in the office and quick turn around to help the next patient. Very low patient complaints. Since questions are being answered in real time. Data is being entered correctly making it easy for the Dr. to read patient paperwork. Also helping billing and coding. Having remote check out has worked. Allowing the patients to leave the office faster. I am seeing less denial paperwork coming in from insurance. We have gotten compliments that the staff is nicer. Patients said before staff was rude and not doing there work. Making patients frustrated. Making them feel like not coming in to see the Dr. Let’s keep up this positive trend so we can keep expanding as a business model. People that come into the office are blown away with how fast everything is getting done in such a small office. This is able to happen with the Sun Knowledge Team!

We had 3 outstanding vent invoices for a patient that your team have been working to get paid due to what they felt were erroneous denials. Your team were able to get the medical records, CMN, and vent performance report and appeal the denials with Aetna (commercial). Aetna agreed with the appeal made and paid our company for all 3 invoices totaling $10,574.88 in payment. This is an impressive win and I am so very proud of the Sunknowledge team and their ability to start digging in to denials and finding root causes to resolve bad denials.

We have been Sun Knowledge clients since August 2018 and have been very happy with their services. As we have had openings in our billing, coding and collections departments, we have had additional opportunities to outsource those positions to Sun Knowledge and they have been very flexible and accommodating with learning our workflows and our EMR. They have successfully filled slots that were historically hard to keep stable in our office. For that we are very grateful.

We have been using Sun knowledge billing services for about 3 months and so far I can say that having an extra biller has been very helpful for following up on our old aged accounts. It makes it a lot easier to resolve the denials after looking at the follow up detailed notes that they put into the system. Having weekly meetings and spreadsheets for the accounts worked on have been a good way to follow up and see if actual monies are being collected and also provides ways to monitor what types of consistent denials we are getting so that we can come up with ways to improve our process. I’m happy that they were experienced with our billing software and we didn’t have to hire someone and train them.  Hopefully we can utilize more of their services once this project is caught up and completed.

I would like to take the time to thank you all for your wonderful contributions during our recent projects and changes. Without the help, hard work , diligence ,we would not be able to meet our goals. With everyone’s efforts I would like to express my deepest gratitude. You are all a great team to work with. What an incredible finish of a short month. We hit our February New conversion rate of 86% and were just shy 7% of our past due goal conversion percentage. The company witnessed the way that everyone pulled together and pushed to achieve our overall target of 6800!!!!! It’s nothing less but a spectacular job well done. This month was one for the books and truly appreciate everyone increasing their dial attempts. Excellent job finishing out the month team! Our team was hit with illness and unfortunate events, but we pulled together and accomplished a month that will stick with me for some time. New month, new goals and new records to be set.

The collection team is consistently doing better each month which is fantastic! We have witnessed about an 8 claim increase per collector each time and an average of almost 1000 more claims each month! Keep up the great work and I truly appreciate all this hard work paying off!

I have gone through the collectors claims that they worked yesterday and firstly want to say great job! Everyone was at 40 claims or more for the day and that’s outstanding! Every day we get better and better so let’s keep up the great work! Overall everyone had great accuracy once again and that has a lot to do with you keeping them accountable for what they are doing! Keep this up and we’ll definitely exceed our goal!

Thank you so much! this is very helpful. We are putting together a binder with our protocols and procedures in place with steps on the billing process. ( what happens when and the order ) we would like it all layed out from start to finish. So when and if a transition takes place we have some sort of a training manual that is easy to follow. The flow of a a patient visit— first appointment to payment from insurance. So thank you for your help with this . We appreciate you and yor team. You have done a wonderful job for us at IOPS. We would highly recommend your company and especially your team. P******, I really like your professionalism and promptness with any questions and /or concerns we have had.

I spoke with a patient yesterday who reported that Sun Knowledge called her regarding her balance and the person she spoke to was polite and friendly. We’ve also had some patients contact us to schedule appointments for additional services.
