I wanted to take a moment to thank Avik Saha for walking us through his posting process and his daily workflow on claim posting for NEOPS during our call last week. Avik demonstrated his proficiency in the navigation and use of OPIE billing while documenting the steps needed to successfully move a claim forward in the revenue cycle.
