I want to reach out and let you know how excited my supervisor and I, are about the presentation of the monthly AR report and ideas for using the report to work denials. We love the idea of identifying denial patterns and attacking them all at once and we immediately see the value in identifying “pain areas” in our AR and all the analytical flexibility afforded by the design of this report.
We also highly value Sunknowledge’s willingness to balance our team’s focus between both Brightree and the AR report. We are absolutely on-board with this strategy.
